The year was 1981 when The Lunchbox first opened it’s doors and invited Knoxville to come in, sit down, and enjoy a homemade lunch. It’s been over forty years, and while many things have changed, The Lunchbox is still serving Knoxville delicious homemade lunches Monday through Friday.
