Thank you for visiting our website. After 44 years of serving Knoxville’s favorite chicken salad, we’ve decided that it’s time for a change. Over the years, The Lunchbox has had various locations throughout the city, with downtown being our flagship. After considerable thought and discussion, we decided not to renew our lease downtown and to explore the possibility of rebranding our 5005 Kingston Pike location.
